  9. Placement Recommendation (where applicable)
  10. Tax/TDS Statement (if stipend qualifies)

Note : All deliverables require ≥ 80% attendance and ≥ 75% task completion.

04. Evaluation & Performance Policy
  • Attendance ≥ 80%
  • Task completion ≥ 70% (Phase 1) / ≥ 75% (Phase 2)
  • Mentor rating ≥ 3.5 for standard certificates; ≥ 4.2 for premium recognition
  • Zero tolerance for plagiarism or policy breach
05. Legal & Compliance Notes
  • Entity: Digital Kuppam — Sole Proprietorship (GST Registered)
  • Internship = Training + Project Participation, not employment.
  • Confidentiality Agreement required.
  • IP Ownership defined per project.
  • Stipend paid after task approval and attendance validation.
  • Privacy: data used only for training administration.
06. Terms & Conditions
  1. Fee non-refundable post start.
  2. Attendance and submission mandatory.
  3. Stipend payout subject to validation and 10% deduction.
  4. GST/TDS may apply.
  5. No job guarantee; placement assistance only.
