This refund policy applies to the following Digital Kuppam products and services:- Gotit4All – HR Software, WebAutoMax – Website Automation Tools, Hello Kuppam – Local Business / Community Platform, Wapplin – Google Workspace & WhatsApp Campaign Services, Giftthem – Marriage & Event Management Software

For subscription-based products, refunds are not applicable once the service has been activated or accessed.

Payments made for one-time services such as website development, setup, customization, or consulting are non-refundable once work has started.

If a free trial or demo is provided, users are encouraged to evaluate the product before making a purchase. Refunds will not be issued after trial completion.

Refunds for accidental or incorrect purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 48 hours of payment.

Service cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless explicitly approved by Digital Kuppam.

Refunds are not applicable for third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, SMS, WhatsApp credits, or API usage once activated.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

If you face a genuine technical issue caused by our system and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be considered after internal review.

Digital Kuppam reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
